Houston, Texas – – Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp. is pleased to announce the successful sell of a 12-port manifold trailer to one of their valued customers. The manifold trailer is outfitted with Kemper products and was delivered this year. Kemper was chosen to supply the manifold trailer based on product quality, the total cost of ownership, and the ability to work closely with the Kemper engineering team to provide a product that met their specifications.

“At Kemper, we strive to provide our customers with quality products. Our customer is pleased with the manifold trailer and appreciates our team for making last-minute changes to the design and even accommodating the replacement of parts after delivery,” said Ramon Alaniz, Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp.’s Territory Sales Manager.

Manifold trailers are essential for well service operations as they supply the port connections needed during hydraulic fracturing. Kemper designs and manufactures manifold trailers with Kemper products. Trailers are available in standard (8 – 16 ports) with high- and low-pressure flow lines, and the Kemper engineering team can also design custom requested port configurations. For this project, the trailer’s components were produced at the Sulphur, Oklahoma manufacturing facility. The trailer includes the following Kemper 3” flow iron: laterals, swivel joints, plug valves, and detachable pup joints, which were all successfully tested before assembly.
