Houston, Texas– Kemper Valve & Fittings is pleased to announce a first-in-class mobile command center offering. This new to market fully contained service center can operate from a customer’s site, providing the benefits of reduced downtime, quality work and lower operator safety risks.
Kemper’s turnkey mobile command center is equipped with lifting devices, power generation, compressed air and a closed-loop recirculation system. Additionally, water recapture mitigates the risk of contaminants traditionally experienced in mobile operations. By eliminating the need for site utilities, Kemper technicians can operate in any remote area of the job site.
“Mobile services now can be deployed nationwide and operate within a customer’s facility,” said Mark Irving, Kemper product support manager. “Our comprehensive solution provides customers with our full portfolio of service offerings without the challenges of delivering products to a service center.”
The safety of employees and customers is a top priority at Kemper, which is why the command center promotes reduced risk with a safety interlocked 1-inch steel hydrostatic chamber. Each test is controlled by auto-stop release algorithms to prevent any unintentional overrate events. Pressure testing is monitored from remotely operated cameras that are positioned at key leak detection points.
Each workstation is streamlined with handheld powered tools, Bluetooth enabled inspection equipment and overhead lifting devices. Each inspection is recorded in real-time using Kemper’s IMS 3.0 inspection software, and gateways ensure each quality check is performed prior to certification. The command center is equipped to support any high-pressure oilfield product line and can be customized to specialty equipment upon request. Additional mobile services are also available; such as, vendor managed inventory or salvage disposal.
